I've actually had more people than ever contact me today with questions about getting their LTCH and carrying on a daily basis.

It's sad that it takes something like this for people to wake up and quit being sheeple

I've gotten that too. I knew I wasn't alone in that.

I tell them the pertinent information, plus add that if they were to join the JPFO, NRA, GOA and other valid organizations they'd get something equally worthy. And more useful too.

The LTCH is just a stupid piece of paper that we really shouldn't need to have in this life. I don't get all political on them, they already know what's up or they wouldn't have contacted me about it.

I was sitting in a Chicago bar one night with my friend McHugh when a guy from down the street came in and let us see that he was packing heat.

“Why do you need to carry a gun?” McHugh asked him.

I'm wondering ... where in Chicago could these guys have been eating where they're allowed to 'pack heat' ? :dunno:

Yep, listening to the radio and the worry in their voices over the 100 round "barrel" magazine and the ballistic armor. Gee, I wonder what they will try to restrict us law-abiding people from buying.

Good thing in Indiana, we don't have bans on those. So when crazies come with drum mags and body armor, some of us would have been smart enough to answer them with our own

If these yahoos want to attack guns, why don't they attack cars, trucks motorcycles and ATVs. They hurt alot of people each and my guess, way more than guns.

I have a feeling the shooter was a very big video game player........He wanted to shoot people in real life........might see some new video game ratings out of it.

Because even the antis use these things. We can't regulate anything that they like to use now can we?:n00b:

I really need to get the coin saved up to purchase some things on my list. At least the AK has a good amount of ammo right now and I have seven 30 round mags.

The argument presented in this link is an one I bring up to all those who would talk to me about "sensible" gun control. I use it only as my last effort because in my own sick way, I actually want to hear what kind of ridiculous contradictions they start to utter. I realize its the only argument that is needed, thats why I save it for last. Put more simply, Id like to see anyone hurt me with a loaded, chambered, unsaftied firearm of any sort without picking it up first.

"When xerox machines are outlawed only outlaws will have xerox machines"
    Im totally stealing this.
In fact, Ive brought this up before. Ive been trained to build guns from the ground up and repair/customize everything from a S+W snubby to an M16. When guns are outlawed, I guess they will have to keep a close eye on and make a registration database for machine tools and welding equipment. Or just give me a good old fashioned lobotomy as they havent invented that Men In Black thing yet.

Either way, there are opportunists everywhere. It was mentioned earlier about Bloomberg not even really caring about the issue, just stirring the pot to try to keep himself on top. This is correct. As far as the news and TV being a mind-rotting waste of time goes, this is why Im getting up from the desk to go watch a Redbox with my GF. Cable costs too much. Use the savings on ammo.

So if this guy had taken a front end loader, welded some steel plates to it and drove the thing right into the theater and mowed all these people down or collapsed the building on them, would there be the same outcry for the banning of front end loaders in the hands of the public along with welders and steel plates? I think not. People will perpetuate violence however they see fit.
