"Gazelle" Shotgun?

Inherited this from my grandfather and I can't find a damn thing online for "Gazelle", especially model "venus".

It appears to be missing a bolt(?). Whatever the shotgun equivalent of a BCG is.

Any ideas on how to get it functional, or should I accept it's a wall hanger?

Like he said, it's missing the bolt. There should be a bolt where the charging handle is
