    To All,

That is not far from me at all, just a mile or so.

I am glad no one in the house was injured.

Any INGO members with a new story to tell...?

    Regards,

    Doug

Crazy stuff. This is why I have a gun on me at all times whilst at home (except when I sleep, then there's one on the nightstand). Even if you stage guns throughout the house it may be difficult to get your brains together in the amount of time it takes for a violent entry into your residence and get to one. I carry my Kahr cm-9 at home, nothing big or bulky...hopefully those 7 rounds and a reload will give me enough time to get to a long gun if there isn't time to get to one right away.

Glad everything turned out well for the good guys here.

Better question here is why didn't News 15, 21 or 33 report on this? I watch the new very regularly as well as on my smart phone. First I have seen anything on this. Glad it all worked out for everyone, just with they could have held all the thugs at gun point until the PD arrived.

Media outlets generally do not report stories where a gun was used to save lives. This is why, despite it happening all across the country every day, you never hear about it.

The TV news in Ft. Wayne is pretty biased on their reporting just like national news.
Also seems to be the wrong part of town to find drugs and money in the home. I also find it hard to believe that he didn't know the other guys he was with.

This invasion is also very close to me also. My .45 is always loaded, 13+1 and another mag loaded with HST HPs.
