How was it possible to have a gun show in the same building as a school event (girls state basketball championship)? I am just wondering cause I know you can't carry at a school or a school event.

The Expo Hall where the gun show is and the arena where the basketball games are played are different buildings, but connected.

I was wondering the same thing as I strolled by about 100 students and several cops. It seemed very weird. I was surprised however that I didn't see anyone freak out. hahaha

Because it was in two separate buildings. The way it sounded the basket ball game would of been more interesting I heard it was a yard sale from other people.

It doesn't matter if its a different building does it? Its still the same premises. Using that logic I could carry at a church that also had a school on the premises, but I can't.
