Free Lower with purchase

I'm looking at this deal also, actually thinking about this one for my Sendra RR:

BCM 11.5's are in stock now but I think I like the Noveske better. What do you all think?

Getting the free lower and putting it together would give me a place to park the 16" FNC upper I have on the Sendra now.
