I was getting bored with just doing 30rd mag dumps with my M11/9 SMG so I decided to step it up a notch. I started with 2 Sten mags, since my M11 is Sten converted. I cut the top off one of the mags and the bottom off the other and welded them together. I joined the springs together with electrical crimp connectors. Bead blasted and refinished in black oxide. I'm able to stuff 57 rounds in it, but only run it at 50.

Next to an unmodified Sten mag.

Buddy of mine did that with the 20 round Skorpian mags for a post sample he built. It ended up holding like 35 rounds. Fired so fast and ejected empties out of the top, you could empty a mag before your first round hit the deck!
