    Glad to see that at least a handful of officers have their heads and hearts in the right place. Unfortunately, they and their families will likely be imprisoned and tortured to death, as so many others already have been. They need many more to do the same. Past history in this conflict shows that it leads to a death sentence, tho. It certainly hasn't made a difference to the brave people out there doing the dying. Just look at today's news.

    Wonder who Hamas (or is it hezbollah?) are with on this one?

    Oh, I would think that is definitely the current regime. Hezbollah actually has their home office in Syria and Syria has been funneling weapons and other support from themselves and Iran for years. Any new government is not guaranteed to be as friendly.
