Fingerprints, etc OK on Temporary DL?

I made the best deal of my life last Friday: traded in my IL driver's license for the IN one. Questions is, can I go to L1 to get printed with the temporary printout I received? I saw a few old threads with a similar question but wondering what's the latest.

Guess you could try. All they can say is "no".

It should work, that paper license is a legal drivers license until your plastic one is received.

Even if it doesn't, the real one comes in the mail pretty quick (less than a week, IIRC)!

My wife's beat her LTCH by only a week.

I just came back form Morphotrust/L1 and had no issues with the temporary DL. Same with local PD. Completed the process with no issues. Now let's see how long it takes.

temporary id is a state issued id... should be zero issues.

I used my temporary, I actually think that my LTCH beat my DL to my mailbox...AND I live in Marion Co.!
