Could this open the door against any non citizen regarless if they have a work visa or anything else?. Constitutional rights should only be granted to US citizens, but it's always been granted to anyone on American soil.

The term "refers to a class of persons who are part of a national community or who have otherwise developed sufficient connection with this country to be considered part of that community."

Enter the country illegally and you are not one of the people.

I know my opinion is not likely to be popular, but here it is anyway. It is in two parts:

First, the only right afforded to citizens exclusively should be voting. All others, including the right to keep and bear arms, extend to everyone, whether they're here legally or not.

The word citizen in the BoRs isn't needed. The Constitution itself is only applicable to those who are citizens of the Nation which the document defines.

I believe legal versus illegal should be the Line in the Sand. Illegal, the only right you should have is humane treatment during your deportation. The fact that prior courts have "found" rights that apply to illegals does not make it .... right.
