    Even if that WI feller was here physically in Indiana, you couldn't sell it to him.

    For long gun sales, it MUST go through an FFL.

    If the two states share a common border, then the FFL can be in either the buyer or seller's state.

    If not, as in your case, it must be shipped (or hand-delivered if you're heading that way) to an FFL in the buyer's state.

    Just about the ONLY way to "get around" the whole FFL transfer between states dealio is for someone to die and to specifically enumerate the firearms in a will. If that's done...then no FFL is needed (if I remember correctly)

    Nope, its not legal as you all have suggested so I couldnt do it. An indiana resident picked it up so I didnt have to deal with it.
