We have Federal 00 Buckshot with Flite-Control wad available. $8.50 per box. This is best self-defense round for shotguns available, and we have it cheaper than MSRP.

This is the good stuff. If you are defending hearth and home this is what you want in the gun. I did this at Parabellum. I had to hang the target upside down in order to not shoot it off the hanger. Plus I could not see the perf at that distance. So don't interpret that it went low. Judge the group/pattern.

This is S & B from the same gun as the Federal in the post above. Only 8 of 9 on the target at 25 yards and the pattern circles the target. The Federal pattern at 25 beats the S & B at ten yards. So if you think buckshot is buckshot. Think again.

The 9th pellet tends to be a flier if there is a flier. The nine pellet with the flitecontrol wad is fine.
