    Im writing a paper on "interstate gun trafficking" and would love to know any resources that list what states, if any don't allow face to face transfer. I know that federally, it is allowed, but I also know that states have different laws on everything. I refuse to get into any arguments or take any sides. I just want resources. Thank you!

    I think the second chart has some useful info.

    NRA-ILA ::

    As you can see, we are exempt from reporting intrastate sales.

    I also think you mean intrastate instead of interstate. No face to face interstate. Must go through and FFL.
