    hello everyone ,i am not a gun owner yet still taking baby steps ,im going to apply for my ltch as soon a possible but is very hard because of there hours (tues-fri 9:30 to 3:00)they sure do make it hard for an honest working joe to exercise his rights,i really dont now anything about guns or shooting at all :dunno:(never really touched one but a couple times),and want learn as much as i can from people with real experience ,dont want to be the unexperienced uninformed guy with a gun on his hip, thanks in advance for all your help

    There are many on here that will help you. You are about a hour and a half from me. I have a few guns I would let you shoot is you wanted to come down some weekend. I am sure many more even closer to you will offer you the same offer.

    You might check there are some counties that have an online application for LTCH. You just have to make an appointment to get your prints done. Welcome, read through the many threads here and you will find tons of info and might I suggest you look to get some formal training.
