Dinner. AKA "How to make my wife hate me."

So my wife is going to school a couple nights a week and that leaves me on my own for dinner. Tonight I decided to make myself something that she would never eat.

Kielbasa with sauerkraut and beans! I threw in a salad too, cause you gotta be healthy.

And the most important part, a bottle of Yuengling!

I should be good to go by the time the wife gets home if you know what I mean.

I do have lunch meat, but no corned beef...IMO, there are corned beef rubens, then all other rubens.

Corned beef and rye is the way to go for an awesome ruben.

Have the deli counter shave the corned beef thin enough that it falls apart, and I hate Wally World, but the Presidents brand swiss cheese is great mmmmm
