This is great... I'd rather companies point out legislation on their receipts rather than simply raising their prices.

I wish every bill had a breakdown of taxes on them....

I'm with you two. I don't like price hikes, but a clear itemized impact statement on the bill is brilliant. Hell, we ought to get one with our tax return.

I wish every single business in the country quit withholding payroll taxes out of their employees paycheck.

Instead, make people send a payment into the government every week.

I think that would wake the nation up damn quick.

precisely. They assume their salary is what they take in at the end of the week.

I think it is awesome they are doing this, I hope all restaurants follow suit.

personally I will BBQ steaks more at home, the tax increase to 9% in Marion county already pisses me off

You can't blame the business man, his other choice is to close the doors. I feel sorry for all the workers that will have to have 2 jobs and the schedule hell that creates

Can you imagine how mad most people would be with the reality of our current tax situation if they were forced to write a check to the government each week or month. Our federal budget is so crazy but most people dont realize how much they actually pay because it is withheld from their checks.

That sure would be a quick way to wake up the followers!!

This is quite possibly the greatest invention of the progressive error!

I've been saying this for the longest time.

Just heard on TV that Papa John's is going to do the same thing.

I think that is a great idea. Instead of raise the price, add another line to the bill for the obama-care surtax.

And the ball continues to roll down hill, picking up speed.
