So the stereo went out on my BMW M5. Instead of fixing it I decided I could go for something more practical:

    It is a 2000 with 144,xxx miles.

I do still have the M5:)

    Rad.

You should lift it 2"-3" and snow tires on her. Mad Max it a bit subtle-like.

Want to buy an 2005 X3? If I can't sell then it's getting the rally treatment.

I'd like to have an X3, but my next car will be an M3.
Between the truck (F250), X5, M5, 328I, and this, there may be "enough" vehicles here at the moment :-/

I don't plan on doing much with it. Replacing the "new" brakes in the rear as they are either the wrong brakes or installed incorrectly, cleaning the interior a bit and looking at a window that won't roll down.

    I had a 2000 CVPI.

They're a fun car to drive. Not the fastest car around by any stretch of the imagination, but they cruise really nice at 80 mph.

By my count that's only 5 vehicles. It's a start.

It appears I need new timing chain guides.

It drove great on the way home considering its size.
It's not my M5, but it is somewhat fun.

Yep, just 5! Parking has become interesting here now.

Yep. Lots of musical cars. Throw in at least one more and a 6x12 trailer for kicks and that's us. Did I mention the "other" one can't run? Well, 2 of them aren't running, a third is down for a head gasket replacement (but Mr88GT got it all buttoned back up this evening...fingers crossed it fires up tomorrow), and some major brake fluid reservoir on the fourth decided to spew a leak (the kind that results in what you pour in ending up on the paving about 20 seconds later) so it isn't road-worthy.

We are adding trailers into it? Woohoo! I have a rusty but still very much worth having single axle 1970's car hauler and an el cheapo harbor freight 4x6 pos we use on the back of our riding lawn mower.

    :)

    I haven't driven a bus in a little over 4 months now!
