Deceptive advertising, who do I sue?

Yesterday at Sam's Club I bought a large box of Ding Dongs. It said "Family Size" clearly right on the side. I brought it to work with me last night and before I even finished my shift I reached in only to find the box EMPTY!

how are they allowed to write "Family Size" on something that doesn't even last one person 24 hours? Any idea who I should follow up with? This happened in Indiana.

I see this stresses you. Have you been victimized by this as well? We have five people in my family. This means 36 x 5 = 180 would be a family size. Not 36
