Couple of questions about this brand/specifically in 300BO. A vendor DadSmith sent me a link for has one on sale in 300BO, but is selling it without the brace. I've watched a few videos on them, manufacturer says its not intended to shoot one handed so not a pistol, not a rifle as it's not intended to be shouldered. Barrel is 12 inches. But overall length is 26inches, so not a SBR.
So what is it? Just a non-NFA item? Any legal reasons to avoid shipping it to an IN FFL with or without the brace?
