This is one of my favorite guns and it is my favorite .40 caliber gun. I was just curious if any one thinks that is a bad caliber for primary carry? And just as a note two of my other favorites are the MP9c and the Glock 17/19.(all 9mm)

Not bad at all. Great caliber and a great pistol.

Any caliber is only as effective as the person shooting it.

I had a P07 in 9mm and loved it. Just have other CZ's in 9mm that I liked more.

    Sweet CZ goodness.

I'm a CZ fan myself. I think the CZ P-07 is a lot like the Sig SP2022. In that is a very high quality polymer pistol that often goes over looked for no reason. Good choice.

Ya ,I love the gun and the way it shoots. I haven't shot the 9mm version yet. And in regards to its effectiveness that is very true. I hope to get good enough with it to use it in a local competition. And thank you for the input!

Well I know someone who was going to trade for a Sig SP2022, but he decided to stay with his S&W M&P9. But it did seem like a good gun when I looked into it.
