I've been well pleased with the 452's I've owned. I'm not much for the switch bbl concept. I own a Sako Quad but I put a Lilja bbl on it and probably will never change it. That said, CZ usually makes good stuff and if you want a gun that you can change calibers on, it's probably well done.
Let us know how it goes if you decide to be the guinea pig.

I don't have any experience with the new ones but my older CZ 452 American is a phenomenal shooter & is a very nicely finished, very good looking rifle too.

like the others i love my 452 but have no experiance with the switch barrel. anything ive tried cz has always been quality
