Has Indiana changed its law(s) in any way that allows those licensed to carry individuals (employees) to carry or leave locked in your vehicle at a business whose personal policies ban weapons from the premises?

You can legally carry or leave your gun in your car, but they can legally fire you.

The state has not passed legislation to prevent businesses from firing you for breaking their anti-gun laws.

If somebody says "no weapons on my property" they can prosecute you if you're found with weapons on their property, end of story.

so no, indiana has not changed it's laws in any way.

They can prosecute you for trespassing if you refuse to leave. they can't prosecute you for being "found with weapons on their property."
