We have sold our house and are temporarily moving into a rental for up to 6 months while we build a new home. What do I have to do about my change of address concerning my carry permit?

For 6 months...ought to notify them.

There's a form you can fill out and fax...or mail.

You do NOT have to pay for a duplicate license with your new address.

re-submit the form when you move again.

here's the link to the PDF form.

I know it's inconvenient, but I think that we're only given 30 days to change driver's license, too. If you move and don't change your license...good luck buying a firearm!
