Cerakote Sig P250 issues

Just got my Sig P250 cerakoted (slide and barrel) and I'm having fitment issues getting the barrel to fit back into the breach of the slide. I've worn down what I believe are all the right places to get it to fit, but no luck on getting it back together. Looking to see if anyone else has had issues with SIGs after cerakote has been applied. I'm hoping I don't have to blast it and send it back to sig for the nitron coating to be reapplied. Thanks.

didnt the person who caoted it assemble it? if it were me, i would contact them, before i contact sig, why should you have to pay for the blasting and re applying of the factory finish?

the person who coated it should be responsable for this!(i'm sure sig wont coat this for free!)

first things first, contact the coater! ask them for their advice! thye might have a way of fixing this or tips on what to do
