Can't use INGO on Blackberry?

everytime i try to get the page to come up it starts to load and then gives me an error of somekind, couldnt really find anything useful doing a websearch and emptying the cache as well as a battery pull doesnt help. Is ingo just not usable on mobile phones, or is this a problem on my end? i have a lot of free time to kill at work and i'd love to kill some of it on here

I used to get it on my berry, but I've changed to the Droid. I never had an issue with the berry, though.

I've got a BB Bold, and INGO works on the native browser and Opera mobile for me.

Is your Blackberry connected to a corporate Blackberry Enterprise Server? Maybe your company's Blackberry policy is restricting access.

Not the greatest experience, but work well enough.

You may be getting an error about the page size being too large. Go to your INGO USERCP and set your preferences to reduce the page size.

Kind of strange, maybe call customer service. I have Verizon and their CS has been helpful over the years. I have call with questions like yours before and I thought I would be wasting my time but everytime they seem to fix it and I feel stupid for not calling sooner than I did.

Works fine on my verizon bb Bold.

I had to do a settings switch in order to be able to reply to PM's. I don't remember what I had to do...but either way, viewing pages have always worked on my Bold, and my Tour before that.

I'm usually on INGO all day at work with my Verizon BB Storm, never had a problem, except sometimes I don't get the green background, it shows up white.
