Your ISP needs to update their filter. Sometime entire ranges are added to the list. That might be a good start for them. If the IP address of ingo was recently changed as part of a server move, that may be part of it too. Some ISP's filter on bogon, which are IP addresses collectively lumped together as unused. They filter to prevent denial of service attacks.

    IANAT YMMV

I log on here on a daily basis from at least 3 different IP's, work, phone, home computer without issue. Don't think it would be that.

Was it blocking you from even accessing the site, or just loging in?

PM me the IP address you're coming from when you're getting blocked, please. As I said, INGO doesn't filter any traffic based on IP address, so I strongly suspect it's an issue with your ISP.

    lets try this.

open a command prompt. (start, run, type CMD and press ok for win xp, newer just type cmd in the search box and hit enter)

    in the command prompt type

    tracert ingunowners.com

    then press enter

let that run for a bit (until done, it may be slow, be patient)

once that is complet copy the text or take a screen shot and shoot me a PM. I will help you sort out where the problem is. Do not have your proxy running when you do this.

Ok, your traffic can obviously get here, you just can populate the pages.

open your command prompt and type

    flushdns

and press enter and tell me if that helps you any.

    The command is

    ipconfig /flushdns

Also, I find it interesting that you can't get to many sites, and that they're all on different networks.
