My guess, but IANAL. My 3-year-old likes to chase and "herd" the geese when they come into our backyard from the retention pond. Guess he's a criminal, too...

i saw some people the other day with a RC boat on a retention pond and as I was driving by all the geese were running/waddling for their lives. About ran off the road i was laughing so hard. What a great idea..plus them boats look fun even without geese. Might have to get me one next year to play around with!
