C&R License Question

Quick question on a C&R license application:

I live in a small town (roughly 800-1000 people). It does have a town marshall. Whom should I list as CLEO for the application for the C&R license? The town marshall? Or the county sheriff?

depends if you live in the town limits or not in my case i fall out side the limits so it was the sheriff dept for me
