    It's about that time of year again.
    If you can't get your wife to pull it, maybe ask a close neighbor, or a REALLY good friend...

    We're talking, of course, about your garden hose you degenerates.
    Get your mind out of my gutter!

    Anyway, you do NOT want to let a hard freeze hit with a garden hose attached to the spigot outside.
    Terrible things can happen, like you might have to call me to cut open your wall to replace a frozen spigot.
    The kicker is, if it does freeze, you probably won't know it until you try to use the hose in the spring.

    Also, remove any splitters or quick disconnects unless you can open and drain them.

    I warned you.
