Bowfishing rigs LEDS 12volt or24?

Trying to set up my boat for bowfishing I'd like to use 4-6 50watt LEDS the ones off Amazon for 40 bucks and id prefer not use a generator can I achieve my goal? With just 2 or 3 deep cell batteries? If so how many hours of run time can I get and would it be better to run in series or parallel (24or 12volt)?

Are they DC LEDs? Actually 50W or 50W equivalent? If they're DC are they 12V? Do you have a link to the Amazon page? Details are necessary.

most led's will run from 10v to 30v dc........
