This is sad, and funny as hell, all at the same time.
If you can hang on until the 2:50-3:10 minute mark, you'll hear my new favorite terminology that I plan to try and work into all future conversations regarding the "Greater" city of Bloomington, Indiana.

The meeting was orderly until the council memeber interupted Grubb and told him to keep it orderly. I like the "hot-lip mayor" comment.

If I had to guess, I would guess that he is old enough that he doesn't give a crap about being tactful anymore. Then again, he might be the sort that never did care about being tactful.

I've been an Indiana Outlaw David R. Grubb fan for years. He used to work for my wifes grandpa in Bloomington. He is a riot.
