has anyone made their own binary exploding targets? From my understanding it is leagal to make them for use on private property, so long as you do not sell them or transport pre mixed on public roads and across state lines. Have found a how to, plan on making some soon. Just wondering if anyone else has experience in this.

I have never made my own but have shot a lot of tannerite. All the rules you mention apply to tannerite plus once it's mixed you are required to dispose/shoot it that day.

yeah. the stuff im gonna make is pretty much the same thing. but only has 2 chemicals in it. (I beleive tannerite has four). it is supposed to be very stable. have to have a bullet velocity of 2200 to set it off. and is not supposed to be able to go off even by heating with torch.
