I can think of a few states, the ones with no restrictions on ones 2nd Amendment rights.

If it does the language of it reads like it could also be applied to any new Gun control laws. Providing the General Assembly denounces them as unconstitutional of course.

Right up until Indiana needs federal funds for ANYTHING, then we will be denied essential money for roads, education, healthcare, etc.

Doesnt Indiana currently have quite a bit of money just chilling that they are talking about giving back to the tax payers? I'd be perfectly fine with them keeping it so we wont need any federal funds.

I think Indiana is one of the negative net states, that means more federal tax money leaves Indiana than it actually receives. Some States get back a LOT more than they put in, like Alaska. Maybe we should just keep all the tax money and eliminate the sticky fingered ogres in the federal government from acting like they are doing us a favor while they skim the best off the top.
