This guy is such a tool.
The CBS evening news just reported that Biden plans to address congress with his ideas on how to "improve" the Supreme Court with changes such as term limits...

We can't get him out of office too soon.

Nothing new here. Simple question, is SCOTUS term limits and ethics code in the constitution? No! Only way is a constitutional amendment. That is why even congress cannot pass term limits on themselves, it is not in the constitution. In this political environment NO constitutional amendments are passing.

Ummm, he cannot do that. If you look at the 2nd and 3rd articles of the constitution, that describes the executive branch and the judicial branch. The senile old man does not have the authority. Congress has the responsibility to prevent the executive from acting as a tyrant. That is like AOC saying she will impeach the entire supreme court. Babbling idiots.

Three equal braches of government. Separate but equal, unless the legislators create a law. It almost seems as if the legislative branch is more equal. I might be ok with that if the law makers had to obey the laws they write. No insider trading, unless you're in Congress. 0'bammie care, unless you're in Congress. The list goes on and on.

Creating a law that expands the scotus to 153 judges will just lead to judgements divided 77-76. Same game, more players.
