So, fresh off the Big Fight in Beech Grove the other night, I find this happening when I come outside at about 8:15 p.m. tonight. A bicycle thief being arrested. Getting really tired of this crap.
It was really awesome when they went to load him up in the van, one officer had to hold the loser's pants up because he had them hanging down so low like an idiot.
