The inner harbor is really nice, good food there. Almost every time I've been there there has been kids skateboarding, I don't see the big deal. Guy went NUTS! guess it's a side effect of being cramped in that tiny ass "car" all day long

As I said before, this little tirade was nothing new for this particular officer. He didn't go nuts. As far as I could tell, he's always like that. Dude has some serious anger issues.
