I love bacon just as much as anyone out there. (Just had some today for breakfast.) But I gotta ask...whats with all the Bacon posts?

I must say that since i joined INGO my Bacon(yes it should be capitalized! Respect the Bacon!) consumption has increased probably 3 fold.

Not yet thank god. But it was already about 3 fold.

Belive it or not Ive lost weight!

Bacon the next big diet food?

I was 220lbs fresh out of the shower and now im down to just over 200 fully dressed with boots on.

Ive also been exercising more, drinking nothing but water (beer counts as water right?) and not eating fast food.

Cooking Bacon at home I think is the biggest factor. Fast food Bacon just doesnt taste right.

Yes beer counts as water and as long as you arent eating that bacon on bread you are keeping your carbs down too
