Having been raised outside of Indiana and only living here for the last 7 years or so, I can confirm that the term "cornhole" refers to something completely different than the popular Hoosier game involving sandbags.

That is one of their traditions, and I have no problem with it. Yes, it is a little weird, and dangerous, but it is their choice.
