I was wondering if any of you have an Attorney/lawyer on retainer and if this is something i should do as a responsible gun owner/Ltch.

I don't have them on retainer, but I keep the office numbers for Guy Relford and Kirk Freeman in my phone. One of these days I'll send them a PM and ask for a card or something..

Everyone should have access to a competent attorney these days if you just drive a car.

I do not have one on retainer, but do have numbers for a few stored in my cell phone just in case

I'm not sure if an attorney will go through all the work it would take to be on retainer for something like this, but why wouldn't you just keep a business card in your pocket? That would be simpler for all involved.
