Today my heart is broken, Ronnie passed away at 7:45am 16th May.
Many, many friends and family were able to say their private good-byes
before he peacefully passed away. Ronnie knew how much he
was loved by all. We so appreciate the love and support that you have
all given us. Please give us a few days of privacy to deal with this
terrible loss. Please know he loved you all and his music will live on forever. Wendy

i know he's been fighting stomach cancer for awhile now....not many ppl know he was the 1st to use the devil horns..[which is a old Italian gesture used by his grandmother]....if its true...a great lost for metal heads..great voice..

I seen him in concert during the Last in Line tour at the memorial coliseum,The first show I ever seen with green laser effects and was one of the best shows to memory. I watched the history of metal in which ronnie james was interviewed & was asked about gene simmons claim that he was to first to do the devil horn symbol ,Ronnie just laughed & said if you talk to gene simmons long enough ,he will claim he invented shoes.Tragic loss to the metal crowd ,another of my favorite rockers gone .
