Edit: Did a little homework on the vest, its a one size fits all. With adjustments mentioned in this thread. Im 5'9'', 190 stocky, 34" waist and its a great fit with a ton of room to expand or even go smaller. (if that helps anyone)

Honestly I thought it was a "one size fits all"
But then double checking with the website it states its adjustable for length and girth up to 6” length and add’l 32” girth.
