Whatever is fine. New, used, stripped, complete, whatever. If it's used I would prefer it be in decent shape. Don't care about brand but if I had a choice I'd probably choose Spike's.
Have cash. Only trade offerings I have are some 1911 grips (VZ, etc), 9mm FMJ ammo, maybe a Bushnell 3-9x40 (Trophy?) scope with rings. Also have UTG quad rail (carbine length).
Willing to meet in the Noblesville/Carmel/Fishers area during the week, Muncie/Anderson on weekend.
