I did a quick search but didn't find anything. It's time to get my lifetime :rockwoot:

I called the office to see if they were open on Saturday and e100's still week days only. They mentioned I could 'apply online' at ISP: Home Which I couldn't... :dunno: I searched some on their website and couldn't find anything. More outdated information?

Awesome, thanks buddy. I figured I'll still have to go in, just save a bit of time online. :-)

No, you do not have to get it notarized if you apply online. You just fill out the form, go downtown, get your fingerprints and pay. Word of advice if you do apply online be sure to print or copy down your confirmation number because they will ask for it.
