I was at lunch today and saw a guy OCing a black plastic auto at the Wendy's today at lunch. I almost asked him if he was on INGO "and if not, why not?", but decided that I didn't want to mess with his lunch.

As to the OP, I rarely ever see open carry employed, but whenever I do I have the same thoughts about whether they're a member of INGO (or any other gun board I've read).
Maybe one of these days, I'll ask!
