    I'm in the process of trying to teach myself how to do this. So far I'm confused/lost as hell. I'm trying to write a simple code for the following profile.

    it will depend on what your X0Y0 (g53) point is, in what position you are hold the material, what the material is, what machine you are using, what end mill you are using ETC....

    pm me with more details and i may be able to help. I worked in a machine shop for the last two years but was layed off in Oct. I was just starting to get good
