I bought my LCP from Brent at Meadows Gun Shop. He is a good guy and will do what he can to help anyone. I have known him most of my life. He is open Tuesday through Saturday.

I go into Whitetail all the time. Tony & Brad are pretty good guys. They'll tell you like it is. I would recommend them. What is ftl?

from what I read

most dealers should have a "firearms transfer license"

basically, if you order a gun online, you have to ship it to a licensed dealer. they can't ship it directly to you...

I have been to both. They all seem like nice guys. Prices are about what all shops sell for, maybe a deal or 2 in the mix but nothing cheap.....

I know that Bob Bell, at the Rusty Duck Gun, will to a transfer for only $10. He is located off Spiceland Pike just outside New Castle. His number is 765-524-3058, email rbel755@aol.com. He's a nice guy and it is hard to beat $10.

I knew of the stickied thread, but I didn't know about the two other threads on these two shops.

I called Whitetail monday and setup the transfer, he said he charges 10% of the price of the gun, $30 minimum. In my case that'll be $36.

Maybe a bit expensive but they seemed nice enough so I went ahead and set it up with them, Meadows was closed monday anyway, and I'm impatient

The other two were found doing a search of that sub-forum, for the keywords "white*" and "meadow*".

every time I search for anything here I never get the results I'm looking for, so I don't bother most times.

Also, your sites loads pretty slow at times.

It can be a bit quirky, but once you figure it out it can be quite helpful. Using single keywords over 3 characters, limited by title-only, seems to help.
