Anyone ever used a 1/2" riser for 4x ACOG?

Hello everyone. I am just curious, has anyone ever used a 1/2" riser on a acog? I kinda want it to sit just a little bit higher but the smallest increment is a 1/2", A 1/4" would be perfect but Im just a lil weary of the 1/2". I've used one on an ARMS SIR and on a Vltor rail before.
Is there a reason you need to mount it higher?

yes, and if thats what feel good for your eye when you cheek up, then go right ahead. Ive never had any problems.
