Someone with more posts paste the link from youtube please (just search for the video title). It's about the state spending tax-dollars for furniture while they pay to store unused furniture in a warehouse. Also, Pendleton Reformatory builds furniture, and it's State Law to buy from them (if feesible), yet the law isn't enforced. It's shocking (yet not suprising) to see the money pissed-away, all while this state claims to be "buckeling-down".
