I currently load 43 beaumont for my rifle and was just wondering if anybody here actively loads/shoots the old BP 'transitional' rifles that were around between muzzle loaders and slick smokeless bolt guns, its an interesting period in firearms history
I am lucky to have my uncle as a hand-loading teacher and mentor, but my interests have quickly moved into the obscure and ancient calibers and he thinks i'm crazy loading and shooting these old guns, but boy are they fun!
