I'm from Indiana but for the last 3 years the army has had me living in Washington state. My home of record is Indiana but my driver license is Washington. I have a Washington conceal pistol licens but when I get back to indiana I want to get my Lifetime LTCH does my military service or my current CPL help me or is my Washington DL gonna make this a pain. I'm planning on getting a IN DL but I feel like all of this will take forever.

    Help you what?:dunno:

You fill out the application and send in your money. Military or not, other states carry licenses or not, Indiana DL or not.

Move back, become a resident and then send in your application.

    Welcome back.

Thank you for serving our nation.

I think the address you put on the LTCH application and your driver's license address have to agree. The same holds true if you are going to buy a gun here in Indiana.

Welcome back home and I salute you for your service to our Country.

    Safe shooting,
    Vv

Call the ISP, and just ask them directly. They'll be glad to help clarify things, I'm sure. Make sure to have documentation of your orders and other relevant paperwork.
