Another Bad Experience with Dick's Sporting Goods

I wouldn't asked for another manager. I would have demanded that this manager to put down his little walky-talky down and finish ringing me up. It used to be that men were men. Now, it seems that people are afraid to assert themselves.

Well nowadays nobody cares about customer service. Instead of putting the walky down and checking you out, they would probably call LP on you to "calm you down" :/
